Responsibilities:

Be responsible for supporting all matters related to Vietnamese Teachers and Employees at KNE and the schools:

  • Manages, stores and updates system-wide personnel records including current and retired staff.
  • Check and manage preparation when new staffs are on board.
  • Manage and update the leave, maternity leave of employees.
  • Making proposals, decisions, notifications, letters, minutes related to personnel work.
  • To ensure the accurate and timely implementation of professional activities related to:
  1. Social insurance, health insurance, unemployment insurance
  2. The monthly Timesheets, payroll
  3. The reports on labor, salary scale and payroll as prescribed
  4. The probation contract, labor contract of the employee
  5. Other modes of work
  • Resolve, assist in resolving the questions of personnel related to HR.
  • Monitor and update regulations, new laws related to employees.

Position requirements:

  • University graduate, economics, labor wages, personnel management, Business Administration;
  • Experience: 2 years with a similar position;

Abilities/ Skills:

  • Knowledge of Vietnam labor law, environment and health and safety regulations;
  • Sensitive and good communication skills;
  • Have a can do mindset and be opened to be rotated in all areas of HR
  • Good verbal and written communication skills in English;
  •  Familiar with office computers skills;
  • High responsibility, ability to work independently;
  • Good communication & organizational skill

Working Conditions:

  • Working location: District 7/ Binh Chanh District – Ho Chi Minh City
  • Working hours: 44 hours/ week
