Everything you need to know about The Canadian International School - Vietnam (CIS)
- When students enroll at CIS, in addition to reviewing transcripts and academic records to understand the students' capabilities and personality traits, students also undergo an assessment conducted by specialized Canadian teachers with expertise and experience in evaluating students' abilities.
- The assessment focuses on language proficiency (including the four language skills: listening, speaking, reading, writing) and mathematics.
- Duration of the test: 30 minutes to 90 minutes (depending on the grade level).
Step 1: CONSULTATION
Please contact the Admissions Office directly for consultation and selection of the appropriate training program, as well as detailed information about the admission process.
Step 2: SUBMIT APPLICATION
The enrollment application includes:
1. Enrollment application form
2. Copy of academic transcripts or report cards from the last 2 academic years (if available)
3. Copy of the student's birth certificate or passport
4. Copy of the parents' national ID card or passport
Step 3: ENTRANCE EXAMINATION
After parents have paid the examination fee, students will undergo an entrance examination (including English and Math) with a teacher.
Step 4: RECEIVE ADMISSION INVITATION
Students will receive an admission invitation upon meeting the school's admission criteria.
Step 5: COMPLETE ENROLLMENT
After parents have paid the tuition fee, the school will arrange courses for students and notify them of the enrollment schedule.
• CIS School is the first international school in Vietnam to implement the Ontario (Canada) education program.

The Canadian International School (CIS) was established and developed in 2009.
CIS is the first and only school in Ho Chi Minh City to offer the international curriculum of the Ontario province, Canada. Students graduating from Grade 12 will receive either the Ontario Secondary School Diploma (OSSD) or the International Baccalaureate Diploma Program (IBDP).
The "CIS Scholarship 2024-2025" program is a talent search initiative in the fields of Academics, Sports, and Arts. The scholarship program is intended for students from Grade 3 to Grade 11 who aspire to study at CIS for the academic year 2024-2025.
The scholarships aim to provide opportunities for talented students to learn, develop, and showcase their outstanding abilities at the Canadian International School.
- Scholarships range from 30% to 100% of the annual tuition fees at CIS (equivalent to 100 - 700 million VND per year).
- Open to all students from Grade 3 through Grade 11.
