Responsibilities:

  • Reports directly to the Head of Reception for all things pertaining to the Audri Centre’s Reception Desk / Customer Service
  • Supports the Head of Reception with the administrative leadership in planning, developing, implementing, coordinating, supervising, facilitating and evaluating the Customer Service experience offered at the Audri Centre
  • Audri Centre Receptionists must:
    • Have a thorough understanding of all aspects of the Centre’s operations: programming, scheduling, staffing, pricing, and marketing
      • Must be able to communicate all of these aspects of operations clearly and concisely in English and Vietnamese
    • Greet clients and visitors with a positive, helpful attitude
    • Assist customers in finding their way around the Centre
    • Assisting with a variety of administrative tasks including copying, taking notes, and answering the phone in a professional manner
  • Support PR-Marketing events/promotions to enhance the enrollment of students into the Audri Centre
  • Part-Time Receptionists will support the Head of Reception to foster skills amongst Audri Centre colleagues such as teamwork, personal excellence, discipline, dedication, commitment, focus, organization, time management, and leadership (which are the same tools needed in our student’s everyday lives) in all interactions with customers at the Audri Centre
  • Works with the Head of Reception to troubleshoot any emerging issues with the Customer Service offered at the Audri Centre
  • Displays interpersonal skills and professionally navigates challenging situations

Position requirements:

  • An undergraduate degree in a relevant field is a bonus but not necessary
  • Educational Certificates and/or Experience in a Relative Field
    • Specifically in a Customer Service Environment
  • Experience working with children
