Responsibilities:
1. Branding and Marketing planning and implementation
• Build, plan and implement online branding and digital performance strategy.
• Develop comprehensive Digital marketing plan covering online advertising, website revamp, SEM/SEO,
EDM, SMS, ZMS, social media seeding, influencing via bloggers, Mobile Apps etc.
• Building and maintaining a brand’s presence across multiple social media channels
• Develop effective digital budget.
• Manage all digital marketing channels to ensure brand consistency.
• Manage CISS’s social media accounts and timely risks management.
2. Customer acquisition & engagement
• Tracking customer’s (Parents, students) online behaviors, develop customer personas, customer
experience journey- awareness, acquisition, usage)
• Develop customer acquisition plans and campaigns that featuring competitive assessment, testing
strategy, creative positioning, integration into partner digital channels, and leverage emerging channels
(Programmatic Display, PPC, Video, Social, etc.) to deliver business objectives & outcomes
• Plan, lead & be responsible for quality of digital campaigns across all CISS and media partner’s digital
channels
• Work closely with Admission team to leveraging/utilizing CRM system to manage leads effectively,
collecting and analyzing customer data, handling customer complaints etc.
• Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages, optimize the user experience, and maximize
outcomes.
• Explore partnership opportunities with clear objective to deliver one or more of the key objectives: (a)
Brand perception (b) Existing Customer Engagement and Product Usage (c) New Customer
Acquisition
3. Content marketing creation and quality supervision
• Content Marketing Creation - Develop and continuously refresh engaging customer materials among
CISS’s digital ecosystem (in the diversified form of static, videos, interactive capabilities, animated
infographics, industry thought leaders/ expert articles/educational content…) with the end objective of
attracting enrollment prospects to CISS’s schools.
• Create Content Marketing Strategies to deliver business and brand outcomes
• Review and feedback all advertisements before publishing, manage and improve website, social media
content, tracking SEO and leverage Google Analytics data
4. Performance optimization:
• Develop tactical online campaigns to create and maintain high levels of customer interaction, support
admission strategy.
• Leverage analytics tools to measure the ads-to-leads-to-conversion funnel and develop initiatives to
increase conversions; Implement and measure campaigns to maximize channel performance
• Drive website, social media traffic growth by creating and delivering focused online campaigns
5. Analytics, research and report
• Market intelligence: Collect and report weekly business intelligence, along with suggested action plan
if relevant; Prepare and present quarterly business reviews, updates, and challenges. Identifying and
testing new digital platforms and tools
• Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI
and KPIs). Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights.
6. Team management:
• Build a plan of training for the team.
• Practice training sessions for the digital marketing team and motivate them to achieve their goals.
• To lead and empower team through performance reviews and change management
• To structure team activities for the effective delivery of plans and performance targets
7. Other tasks assigned by the Line Manager.

Job requirements:
1. Education:
• Bachelor or above in Business Administration, Communication, Marketing or related disciplines.
• English (proficient in 4 skills) & Vietnamese – native
2. Experience:
• At least 2 years’ experience with the same position.
• Strong expertise in consumer digital marketing with track record of building a brand online
• Experience in education industry is an advantage.
3. Knowledge/Abilities/Skills:
• Knowledge of Marketing Principles, Basic Marketing, Marketing in the service sector.
• Knowledge & Experience in Digital Marketing and Digital Platform.
• Knowledge & experience in brand, PR, media and advertising.
• Application of digital platforms at work
• Situation analysis, handling and decision making
• High teamwork spirit & responsibility.
• Logically thinking, creative, able to create ideas and launch innovative marketing campaigns on modern communication channels.
• Hands on experience with SEO/SEM, Google Analytics
• Relevant exposure to web design, UI/UX audits, and customer journey mapping
• Ability to gain deep understanding of business dynamics, profitability and growth drivers
• Creative thinker & relentless executor with attention to detail
