Plan Marketing events from coordinating for implementation, controlling delivery of tasks, to project budget managing and analyzing the results and the effectiveness of the projects;
Responsible for the high level of service throughout pre-event, event and post-event phases.
Create running order for all events to ensure smooth communications between the team with details such as specific client requests, set up, lighting, sound, seating, floral, transport and other arrangements as needed.
Assist Line Manager in the promotion of all programmes.
Establish and maintain a client database for further direct marketing.
Support other academic, student services, and marketing activities;
Manage and report all the campaigns weekly/monthly to line manager.
Other tasks as per assigned by the Line Manager.
Position Requirements:
Minimum Degree: Bachelor’s degree in journalism/media/marketing or related majors;
At least 3 years’ experience with the same position. Familiar with education environment is an advance.
Logically thinking, creative, able to create ideas and launch innovative marketing campaigns on modern communication channels.
High teamwork spirit & responsibility.
Having highest level of integrity & long-term commitment.
Strong oral and written communication skills in English.
Ability to take photos, videos and other design software, video editing is an advantage
Ability to organize work independently as well as a team player, ability to observe and handle problems quickly and effectively.

Working location: CIS, 86 street 23, Phu My Hung, district 7, HCMC
Working hour: Monday to Friday (8:00 AM to 5:00 PM), Saturday morning (as per request)
