Partner Development Executive should embrace the hunt and desire to expand the prospective parents/partners/corporate database, which can help the growth of the school business.

 Job description

  • Work closely with Admission Manager.
  • Researching potential new leads in the development.
  • Supporting the development of the partnership for the schools.
  • Contacting prospective parents/partners/corporate through social media, phoning, emailing or meeting in person.
  • Attending events, workshops, meetings supporting to the acquisition of prospective parents/partners/corporate outside markets.
  • Arranging business meetings with prospective parents/partners/corporate outside.
  • Holding presentations and demonstrations for potential parents/partners/corporate
  • Consulting prospective parents/partners/corporate about academic programs.
  • Updating prospective parents onto customer management system, makes sure that the information is collected correctly and completely. 
  • Preparing & processing the partnership contracts as agreements, guidelines with approved partners under the BOD ‘s policies.
  • Following up & closely keeping track of the contracts' effectiveness, results to Admission Manager.
  • Taking parents/partners/corporate on school tour: introduces activities happening on-site, explains what educational and humanitarian significance of the activities.
  • Cooperating with admission officer on school tour, consultancy when prospective parents agree to do entrance test & complete the application process.
  • Identifying and mapping business strengths and parent’s needs.
  • Writing and producing compelling major proposals and campaign reports.
  • Preparing weekly and monthly reports on the plan of sales acquisition to Admission Manager.
  • Providing trustworthy feedback and after-sales support.
  • Working with other teams and colleagues to help align offerings with the needs of parents.
  • Other tasks assigned by management

Job requirements

  • Bachelors or higher education in Sales, Business Administration or relevant.
  • From 3 - 5 years of work experience in similar position or in banking, real estate, insurance.
