Our students had an unforgettable time learning the art of bánh chưng making. This hands-on workshop taught them about Vietnamese culinary traditions, the importance of patience and precision, and the joy of sharing food with friends. They discovered the intricate steps involved in creating this festive treat, from selecting the perfect leaves to mastering the wrapping technique.

This workshop was more than just an experience activity; it was a lesson in cultural understanding, patience, and the power of community. And the memories? Those will last a lifetime.
