IB GRADUATION RESULTS OF CIS STUDENTS IN THE CLASS OF 2023

Dear CIS Community,

My name is Alex Raffle, and I am the IBDP Coordinator & TOK at CIS. On July 6th, the International Baccalaureate Organization (IBO) announced the test results for 2023, revealing that CIS grade 12 students who completed the IBDP (International Baccalaureate Diploma Program) have surpassed the global average. Nothing makes us happier than seeing our IB students receive such excellent results after two years! We are immensely proud of our student's achievements:

• CIS average score is 33 points, surpassing the 2023 global average of 30.25 points announced by the IBO.
• 100% of CIS students passed and graduated from the IBDP.
• Our student, Sophie Le, a member of the Class of 2023, achieved an outstanding score of 43/45, making her the valedictorian of the IBDP program and attaining the highest achievement in CIS school history.
• Over the years, CIS students have consistently achieved higher average IB scores than the global average. With this remarkable accomplishment, the Class of 2023 has set a new academic points "record" in the IBDP program at CIS.
