The Canadian International School (CIS) collaborated with the Ivy League Model United Nations Conference (ILMUNC), Saigon South International School (SSIS), and the University of Pennsylvania to organize ILMUNC 2025, which took place last weekend in Ho Chi Minh City, attracting over 120 students.

This large-scale academic program provides young people with the opportunity to step into the role of diplomats:
- Gain insights into global issues
- Develop leadership, negotiation, and critical thinking skills
- Connect with students from diverse backgrounds and promote cultural exchange

A highlight of ILMUNC 2025 was the participation of guest speaker Thai Van Linh, who delivered an inspiring speech, encouraging responsibility and ambition in the younger generation.

ILMUNC 2025 created a meaningful platform that fostered cooperation, responsibility, and creativity among students. It provided them with a broader perspective on global issues while equipping them with essential skills to become responsible global citizens.
