BUILDING AN INCLUSIVE SCHOOL CULTURE WITH DR. KENDALL ZOLLER

This past weekend, CIS hosted an inspiring professional learning workshop in partnership with the East Asia Regional Council of Schools (EARCOS), led by internationally recognized expert Dr. Kendall Zoller, President of Sierra Training Associates.

Bringing together school leaders, K-12 educators, and counselors, the session unpacked actionable strategies to foster a truly inclusive and collaborative campus environment:

Adaptive Leadership & Generative Dialogue: Sharpening facilitation and active listening skills to build spaces where every teacher and student has an equal voice (Equity of Voice).

Cultural Empathy & Shared Purpose: Rooting daily school interactions in psychological safety and cultural awareness to align our whole community around a common mission (Collective Purpose).
