OXFORD SCHOOLS VIETNAM QUALIFIER HCMC 2026 - CIS Students Recognised at an Oxford-Standard Academic Debate Qualifier

CIS is proud to host the Oxford Schools Vietnam Qualifier, organized in the British Parliamentary (BP) format - the debating standard of the Oxford Union. The competition challenged students to analyse global issues, construct well-reasoned arguments, and communicate ideas clearly and confidently in academic English under time constraints.
