We are delighted to introduce Dr. Chandra McGowan as our new Secondary School Principal in the 2024-2025 academic year! Dr. Chandra McGowan comes to CIS with nearly twenty years of experience in teaching, school management and educational leadership in the USA, Finland, Germany and Vietnam. She is deeply committed to academic excellence, the development of our students and the enrichment of our school programs. In various international schools, Dr. Chandra has led the design, collaboration, and implementation of programs that meet the needs of diverse learners and promote the development of international education.
Dr. McGowan’s impressive credentials include a Doctorate in International Education from George Mason University, a School Management and Leadership Certificate from Harvard University, and her role as a Council of International Schools Accreditation Evaluator.
