REVEALING STRATEGIES TO CONFIDENTLY CONQUER TOP UNIVERSITIES IN THE WORLD
The Workshop for ‘Opportunities to Scholarship Achievements - Ivy League Universities Outreach’ organized by the Canadian International School (CIS) was successfully held in a lively and enthusiastic atmosphere last weekend.
With nearly 100 parents and students, the event brought many practical values by answering questions about studying abroad, the experience of "hunting" for scholarships, and finding opportunities to study abroad at prestigious universities worldwide. With 20 years of experience leading generations of students, Mrs. Rebecca - a former member of the Admissions Council of Columbia University (Ivy League) emphasized that in addition to academic factors such as GPA, IELTS, and SAT, the essay is a clear "portrait" that reflects the personality, strengths, and characteristics of an outstanding candidate. She also revealed strategies for making a difference in the essay that carry a strong personal touch.
In addition to introducing the educational program goals at CIS and the advantages that students will have when studying at the school, Mr. Peter James Corcoran - the Principal with over 25 years of experience in the education field, believes: "With a team of experienced advisors and school management, CIS will always accompany and support parents and students on the path to reputable universities worldwide."
The most remarkable part of the program is that students had the opportunity to experience one-on-one interviews with experts, which is an opportunity to learn and improve interview skills for studying abroad in the future.
