EARCOS WEEKEND WORKSHOP - BUILDING INCLUSIVE SCHOOL CULTURE WITH KENDALL ZOLLER

How can schools create environments where every student and educator feels known, valued, and empowered to succeed?

On 22 August 2026, CIS is pleased to host an inspiring professional learning workshop led by internationally renowned educator and leadership consultant Kendall Zoller. This engaging session will explore practical approaches to building school cultures where all members of the community feel Known, Loved, Safe, and Successful (KLSS). 

Kendall Zoller is an internationally recognized author, educator, and consultant specializing in communicative intelligence, leadership development, and facilitation. He serves as President of Sierra Training Associates and has worked with schools and organizations around the world to strengthen leadership capacity and organizational culture.

Designed for K-12 educators, school leaders, coordinators, and counselors, the workshop will provide participants with actionable strategies to strengthen collaboration, communication, and adaptive leadership within their schools.

Throughout the workshop, participants will explore:

• Valuing Culture
• Compassionate Practice
• Collective Purpose 
• Generative Dialogue 

By the end of the workshop, participants will gain practical strategies to build inclusive cultures, strengthen collaboration, and support shared leadership.
