CIS LEADERSHIP ANNOUNCEMENT!

We are delighted to announce Dr. Chandra McGowan's new appointment as Head of School and Secondary Principal, effective July 15th, 2024. Dr. Chandra McGowan holds a Ph.D in International Education from George Mason University and brings over 20 years of experience in international education, including leadership roles in Vietnam, Germany, and Finland. Over the past four years, Dr. Chandra McGowan was the Head of School and Secondary Principal at the American International School of Vietnam.

Additionally, Dr. Chandra McGowan serves as an evaluation team member of the Council of International Schools accreditation team.

Dr. Chandra McGowan has been committed to creating a continuous improvement, innovation, and collaboration culture throughout her career. She is known for her ability to connect with students, inspire teachers, and engage parents in the educational process. Her leadership will be instrumental in guiding our school toward new heights of success and achievement.
