The third Professional Development Day of the academic year at CIS brought faculty together around shared academic priorities. Sessions focused on the CoIS framework, whole-school direction, and the professional systems that support teaching and student care, including ManageBac and Child Protection Online Management System (CPOMS).

The day also made space for connection, with a team-building activity designed for staff to relax, engage, and reconnect. These shared moments strengthen collaboration across the school and contribute to a positive, supportive professional culture.
